I recently visited London and waited 1.5 hours for the change. I had a front rail spot and thought this was a wonderful ceremony. It’s not every day in America that you can actually stand in front of a royal palace and watch such a performance of history. It’s not the most exciting thing I’ve ever seen, but I stood in amazement that I was standing in front of Buckingham Palace amongst all these soldiers that were performing such an honorable duty. I video taped the entire production and while much of the time the soldiers weren’t doing anything, the marching, the bagpipes, the music, the uniforms all made up for the lack of movement. I definitely think it’s a must see.
