The real attraction is not really Cleopatra’s Needle in isolation but the Embankment itself of which Cleopatra’s Needle forms a part - no trip to London can be complete without a stroll down both sides of the Thames at this location - and at different times of the day the atmosphere changes - so well worth several visits.
